Yacco HYDRO GREEN SAT46 is a 100% synthetic, saturated ester, biodegradable hydraulic oil.

Yacco HYDRO GREEN SAT46 is a high performance biodegradable hydraulic oil based on saturated synthetic esters (HEES-S type). Recommended for lubricating hydraulic systems with long oil change intervals when a biodegradable oil is required or when environmental protection is desired.

Yacco HYDRO GREEN SAT46 oil can be used in many fields of application: agriculture, public works, forestry, marine (lock control), recreation (mountain activities, maintenance of sports fields, golf courses, etc.).

Features and benefits

Yacco HYDRO GREEN SAT46 oil is formulated with saturated esters to optimize performance and service life (better stability than vegetable-based fluids and unsaturated ester-based fluids) while complying with the criteria required for environmentally friendly products.

Yacco HYDRO GREEN SAT46 oil has a high level of biodegradability and uses non-ecotoxic ingredients. The formulation has been tested to confirm no ecotoxicity to algae, water fleas and fish (OECD 201, 202 and 203).

Yacco HYDRO GREEN SAT46 oil provides excellent compatibility with elastomers (NBR, FPM, AC6, AU).

Yacco HYDRO GREEN SAT46 oil provides very good anti-wear properties and excellent filterability. Compatible with mineral, vegetable and synthetic hydraulic oils based on unsaturated or saturated esters.

Precautions for use

Storage : It is recommended to keep the packaging closed to prevent water ingress.
Use: check that the installation is suitable for working with HEES-S type hydraulic fluid (structure of seals, materials used, filtration elements, paints, etc.).

In use : It is recommended to drain the water from the circuit regularly.

Oil change: the change interval depends on the equipment and application. Conduct regular in-service review analysis
and follow the manufacturer’s recommendations.
