Yacco YAHYPO PG 320 is a synthetic “Polyglycol” oil for gears and reduction gears.
Yacco YAHYPO PG 320 oil is specially designed for the lubrication of gear transmissions, wheel and worm gearboxes operating in harsh operating conditions: large temperature differences, operation at high temperature or in the presence of moisture, etc.
Features and benefits
Compared to mineral oils, the use of YACCO YAHYPO PG allows
- reduction in the coefficient of friction and therefore energy consumption,
- enhanced extreme pressure and anti-wear properties for optimum protection of industrial gearboxes (steel/steel contact),
- exceptional thermal and mechanical stability, allowing longer intervals between oil changes and reduced maintenance costs,
- increased protection of non-ferrous parts, especially on wheels and worm speed reducers (steel/bronze contact), but do not use on aluminum bronze,
- miscibility with water and superior corrosion protection in the presence of moisture.
However, in order to optimize the protection of the components, everything must be implemented to prevent the ingress of water that impairs the protection against wear.
Precautions for use
Not compatible with mineral oils and some synthetic oils (PAO).
If used after this type of liquid, drain hot, clean the system and drain frequently. Check compatibility with circuit components (gaskets, paints, etc.).
YAHYPO PG behaves like lubricants with respect to gaskets, but for use at high temperatures (above 100°C) use fluorinated hydrocarbon type gaskets.
