Yacco MULTICOUPE 600 is an emulsifiable liquid designed for the processing of steels, cast irons and aluminum alloys.
Yacco MULTICOUPE 600 oil is particularly suitable for demanding machining operations: cutting, drilling, milling and grinding etc. Whether on CNC machines or conventional machines, and especially when both lubrication and cooling properties are required.
Dilution between 3% and 8% depending on the difficulty of the processing operations:
- routine processing = 5%
- difficult processing = up to 8
- correction = 4% to 6%.
Regularly clean the lubricating oils floating on the surface of the baths and keep them free of sawdust, shavings and other impurities.
Regularly check the concentration of the baths using a refractometer and ensure that the concentration remains compatible to guarantee effective protection against corrosion and bacterial growth.
Storage should be under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from cold. Storage temperature is between 5°C and 40°C.
Like all aqueous biocidal products, adjust the supply according to consumption to avoid too long storage (Recommended use: maximum 12 months after delivery).
